Our Hall and Rooms provide high quality accommodation for events such as weddings, parties and large and small meetings.
The Church Hall – provides approximately 112 sq. metres of high quality heated accommodation accessed via double doors from an entrance hall and ramp. The Hall can accommodate approximately 150 persons standing or 100 sitting. A hearing loop system and piano is available for Hirer’s use.
The Parish Room – refurbished in memory of Richard Mason, a former priest of St. Luke’s – provides approximately 20 sq. metres of floor space. The room is carpeted and heated and is suitable for small meetings of up to 15/20 persons.
The Upper Room – is suitable for small meetings, there being approximately 15 sq. metres of floor space. The room is carpeted and heated. An electronic keyboard is available by prior arrangement for Hirer’s of this room.
All hirers have access to the recently upgraded kitchen which meets commercial standards for preparing and serving food. Use of crockery and cutlery is included in the hire charge.
•A payphone is situated in the rear lobby.
•The toilet facilities include a toilet for the disabled and a baby changing table. •The entrance ramp is designed for wheelchair access, and there is a wheelchair lift on the staircase at the rear of the Hall serving three levels.
•Three parking spaces are available for disabled drivers.
•Parking is available in Eardley Road and Granville Road, the Pembroke Road car park, and the SDC car park at weekends.

•Rooms are available for hire on weekdays up to 11.00 p.m.
•There is no objection to hirers serving wine or other drinks but licenses must be obtained if alcoholic drinks are to be sold.
•Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the church premises.
